Jo-Ann has been in the healthcare field since 1988 with a primary focus on home health care administration.  With over 22+ years in the field of healthcare, Jo-Ann has contributed her expertise to several corporations with her operational management, and focus on marketing and presentations, educating the public on quality health care practices and alternatives. 

Jo-Ann has a degree in Business Management and has held the following positions in the home health care field: Director of Operations, Executive Director, Director of Business Development and Director of Client Services.
